In the unlikely event that delivery has not been possible, a full refund will be issued. The same applies if any items turn up Damaged or Faulty, we will also arrange for it to be collected or exchanged free of charge.

Where goods are Exchanged or returned a restocking fee may be applicable (this excludes any items that were delivered , wrong, damaged or faulty).

Refunds will not be given if the item has been used or damaged.

As per industry standards, Cement, Plaster or any other powder based products cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 – 5 working days
